ClimEarth app for iPhone and iPad

CLIMEARTH is a mobile application designed and produced by CMCC, the Euro-Mediterranean Center on climate Change to:

- EXPLORE climate data by using interactive, dynamic and integrated
maps;

- LEARN more about crucial topics of international debate on climate
science and policy;

- UNDERSTAND climate sciences with research documents produced
by CMCC scientists and scientific divisions;

- GET NEWS, be informed about events, and join the international
debate on climate change topics.

Climate data visualized on CLIMEARTH referring to scenarios RCP 8.5 and RCP4.5 (period 2021 - 2100) are provided by the CMCC CM model.

20th Century Reanalysis V2c data for athmosferic variables (period 1921 - 2010) is provided by the NOAA/OAR/ESRL PSD, Boulder, Colorado, USA.

Reanalyses for oceanic data (period 1982 - 2010) are taken from the CMCC Global Ocean Physical Reanalysis System (C-GLORS).
